Marcilene McGee

Marcilene McGee, age 90 of Pulaski passed away June 4, 2018. She was born October 14, 1927 near Waco, at the foot of Apple Hill road. She was a longtime employee at Bluebird Café and retired from Gabriel after 20 years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wessie McGee-Daughtry-Staggs, her step-dad, Buck Staggs, her brothers, Kenneth and Leonard Daughtry, and friends, Kerns Fralix and J.C., Mamie, and Leon Kelley. Marcilene (Nin-Nean) had been a special part of the Kelley family for over 60 years. Survivors include her sister-in-law, Wanda Daughtry in Hebron, Ohio, Multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins, including Koren Reaves and Beverly Black. She is also survived by Virginia Kelley, Steven Kelly and wife Shelia, and Waverly Kelley-DeMers and husband John. Visitation with the family will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home where Funeral Services will be held at 2 :00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2018.
