John Wall

John Edd Wall, age 81, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018 at his home. He was born in Giles County, TN on June 13, 1937, a former supervisor with Kerns & Sunbeam Bread Company, former owner & operator of J & M Grocery, and a member of the Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Laura Jane McRee Wall, his brothers, Elbert, Edward and Bill Wall, his sisters, Thelma Helton, Kathleen Helton, Frances Harwell, and Clara Mae Gibson. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Giles Memory Gardens. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Marylin Wall of Goodspring, TN, his son, Jeff Wall (Carol) of Lawrenceburg, TN, his daughters, Kathy Overby ( Buck ) of Dickson, TN, Michelle Johns of Pulaski, TN, and Jennifer Newton ( Joel) of Lexington, AL, his grandchildren, Brittney Flippo ( Nate), Chase Wall ( Whitney), Jon Austin Wall, Jessie Johns, Kenzie Johns, Blaire Solley and Adam Newton, his great grandchildren, Chloe Perkins, Bralen Perkins, Jake Flippo, Barrett Flippo and Kaizlynn Johns.
