John Tinnon

John Edward Tinnon, Sr., age 81, died on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at his home. He was born in Giles County, TN on April 6, 1937, retired from Consolidated Packaging and Oakwood Homes, served in the US Navy, preceded in death by his parents, Joel Gettis and Minnie Lee Parsons Tinnon, brothers, Don Tinnon and Joel Gettis Tinnon, Jr. Visitation will begin at 10AM until 11AM .on Wednesday, 1-30. 2019, at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home Graveside services will be held at 11:30AM, Wednesday, 1-30-19, at Giles Memory Garden. Survivors are: wife, Norma Jean Tinnon of Milky Way Community, son, John Ashton Tinnon and wife Allyson of Stella Community, daughter, Belinda Tinnon of Milky Way Community, sisters, Frances Roy and husband Dean of Athens, AL, Carol Barlar of Clarksville, TN, grandchild, Stella Tinnon.
