Charles Higgins

Charles R. Higgins, age 84, passed away on Monday, December 9th, 2019. Mr. Higgins served as the General Manager of Pulaski Electric System from 1986-2005. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lucy Higgins, his sister, Amy Luna, and his granddaughter, Grace Ballard. Mr. Higgins is survived by his wife of 63 years, Bettie Higgins, his daughter, Jennifer Ballard and husband Robert, his grandsons, John Charles Nickel and wife Jennie, Andrew Battle and wife Lauren, and his great-granddaughter, Tatum Nickel. No services are planned. The family would like to thank the staffs of Elk River Health & Rehab of Ardmore and Caris Hospice for the compassionate excellent care that was provided to Mr. Higgins.
